Vectra 3D vs. Frontline Plus

Comparison between Vectra 3D and Frontline Plus

Many dog owners prefer topical (Spot-On) treatment for fleas and ticks because it is not absorbed into the bloodstream. In addition, you don't need to let your pet bite to be treated.

Vectra 3D and Frontline Plus treat flea infestations by killing fleas at all life stages, like adults, larvae, and eggs. They also protect your pet for the entire month from ticks like lone star ticks, American Dog ticks, brown dog ticks, and deer ticks. While Vectra 3D also protects your dog against Gulf Coast ticks.

Vectra 3D is available only for dogs, while Frontline Plus is available for cats and dogs.

Vectra 3D is safe for puppies and dogs at eight weeks and has a minimum weight of 5 lbs (2.2 kg). Vectra 3D is not safe to use in nursing and pregnant dogs without talking to your vet. Frontline Plus is safe for cats at the age of eight weeks, with a minimum weight of 1.5 lbs (0.7 kg), and for dogs at the age of eight weeks, with a minimum weight of 4.4 lbs (2 kg). Frontline Plus is safe for pregnant and nursing animals, but use it as directed.

Please choose the correct size according to your pet's body weight.
