Why Does Shipping Take Time?
- All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center in Singapore.
- Due to the medical nature of our products, shipments may experience delays at customs.

Plan Ahead
To avoid any gaps in your pet’s treatment, we recommend placing your order at least 15 business days in advance of when it is needed.
Lost or Delayed Orders
An order may be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 20 business days from the shipping date.
Before reporting a lost shipment, please consider:
