Nexgard Chewables and Bravecto Chews are the most popular flea and tick treatments.
These two oral chewable have different active ingredients, but they work similarly: Nexgard (Afoxolaner) and Bravecto (Fluralaner). They provide effective and fast treatment of existing fleas and tick, but they do not repel ticks, mosquitos, or fleas.
There is one key difference in the length of protection they provide. Nexgard Provides complete monthly protection, which must administer every four weeks. On the other hand, Bravecto protects your pet for 12 weeks, and you need to administer it every eight weeks to treat Lone Star.
Nexgard is safe to use at the age of eight weeks with and minimum weight of 4 lbs (2 kg) while the other hand, Bravecto is safe for puppies and dogs over the age of six weeks with and minimum weight of 4.4 lbs (2kg)
