Simparica starts working quickly and killing ticks within eight hours and adult fleas within three hours of administration. Frontline Plus kills flea eggs and larvae, eliminates chewing lice, and repels mosquitoes. Frontline Plus is available for cats and dogs, while Simaprica is only available for dogs.
Simparica is safe to use on dogs at the age of six weeks, while Frontline Plus is safe to use on cats and dogs at the age of eight weeks
