Comparison between Advantix and Advantage
Advantix and Advantage are both from the same manufacturer, Bayer. In addition, both have the same main active ingredient called: Imidacloprid. However, some key differences will help you decide if the product is right for your cat or dog.
These two kill adult fleas and help to break the breeding cycle by removing them before they lay eggs. They also kill biting lice in dogs.
Advantix has an extra active ingredient, Permethrin which will kill ticks and help you to protect your dogs.
Advantage Spot-On is available for cats and dogs both, while Advantix is only available for dogs and should not use on cats.
Please choose the correct size according to your pet's body weight.
